## What us is

- A "sanctuary for two": a bond is created between exactly two devices through a one-time invitation. Nobody else can join.
- Anti-WhatsApp, anti-social, anti-gaming: no groups, no read receipts pressure, no public profiles, no ads, no likes.
- Silent presence: you can send a gentle "I'm here" gesture or a heartbeat that your partner feels as a haptic pulse, without writing anything.
- Discreet notifications: notifications never show message text or the sender's name on the lock screen, so intimate messages stay private in front of colleagues or strangers.
- Ephemeral by design: old messages fade away to leave room for the present. Memories worth keeping can be saved locally as cards.
- Shared small things: a fridge-magnet board, a shared shopping list, secret destinations and sensory "rains" shared between the two of you.

## Privacy

- End-to-end encrypted: messages are encrypted on the device before being sent; not even the servers' operators can read them.

- Memories and diary notes stay on the user's device, not in a cloud backup.
